Sobre a vaga
Stefanini is a global technology multinational with a presence in over 40 countries, dedicated to co-creating innovative solutions that drive digital transformation across AI, cloud, software development, and automation. We are seeking a Production Support Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of critical application environments.
In this role, you will work alongside technical teams to troubleshoot complex production issues, leverage modern AI tools like GitHub Copilot, and translate complex technical challenges into clear executive insights for business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents.
- Perform code debugging and log analysis to quickly identify and address root causes.
- Manage the incident lifecycle, ensuring clear, effective, and timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Identify, propose, and implement enhancements to increase application stability and reliability.
- Detect manual tasks, alerts, and recurring processes that can be automated, developing solutions to optimize operations.
- Participate actively in the Change Management process.
- Create, update, and improve technical documentation, runbooks, operational reports, and key performance indicators.
- Communicate complex technical issues from production environments into clear and concise executive summaries.
- Support Unix environment troubleshooting, ETL processes, and capacity management.
- Utilize AI tools and GitHub Copilot to assist in code development, debugging, automation, and solution optimization.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Software Development and/or Production Support.
- Hands-on experience with Unix environment troubleshooting, log analysis, debugging, and incident resolution.
- Solid understanding of ETL processes and Capacity Management.
- Proficiency in at least one structured or object-oriented programming language (such as Java, C, C++, Angular, ReactJS, VB, or similar).
- Experience with SQL, database management, and query optimization.
- Practical experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and Lambda.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or AI tools applied to software development, log analysis, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical and functional aspects to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Analytical, proactive profile with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Fluent English communication skills.
