You’ll contribute to software solutions from architecture through tested code and production, using AI as a core part of an agentic software development lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Design and build client software solutions across technology stacks, from architecture to tested, production-ready code
• Create and coordinate agents, skills, subagents, commands, and development harnesses to accelerate work and share effective practices across the team
• Take responsibility for the quality and delivery of your work, applying sound technical judgment to AI-generated outputs and keeping designs pragmatic
• Apply modern software architecture and system-level observability
• For solutions with AI components, integrate foundation models through APIs and build approaches such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool orchestration, evaluations, and multi-agent designs
• Configure the data pipelines, orchestration, and runtime frameworks that support agents
• Use evaluations to assess both AI solution behavior and development agents

Required qualifications

• Ability to design and build software solutions from architecture through tested code
• Experience working with AI as part of software development and critically assessing AI-generated outputs
• Understanding of modern software architecture and system-level observability
• Ability to integrate foundation models through APIs and work with RAG, tool orchestration, evaluations, or multi-agent designs when relevant

Preferred qualifications

• Experience creating and reusing agents, skills, subagents, commands, or development harnesses
• Experience with model fine-tuning and AI context-data pipelines
