We are seeking a structured, detail-oriented professional to oversee our end-to-end payment and administrative operations. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial workflows, managing supplier relations, maintaining accurate documentation, and keeping real-time control over operational payment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete payment process from Purchase Requisition (PR) submission through to final execution, covering services such as insurance, vehicle maintenance, licensing, fines, broker services, and general operational needs.
• Communicate with suppliers to collect necessary information and documentation for vendor registration and onboarding.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to initiate supplier development requests and follow up on their progress.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to align payment requests and track payment progress.
• Request, verify, and collect invoices and supporting documentation from suppliers and dealers.
• Establish and maintain clear control mechanisms to monitor payment progress in real time and archive records systematically.
• Conduct data analysis and generate regular status reports.
• Handle daily ad-hoc requests and operational demands related to the payment workflow.

Mandatory requirements

• Proven background in administrative support, financial operations, or vendor management processes.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail when managing documentation and archiving records.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with external suppliers and internal teams.
• Capacity to perform routine data analysis and generate accurate reports.
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple daily tasks efficiently.
