Join a technically experienced Drupal development team as its Squad Leader, guiding delivery for stakeholders across Latin America. You’ll lead with autonomy, build trusted client relationships, and use delivery metrics and practical AI tools to help the team achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a seven-person software development team and support collaborative, high-quality delivery
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Manage the engagement’s budget, billing follow-ups, client approvals, scope, and contractual risks
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and demonstrate the value of the team’s work
• Track and present delivery metrics to support the transition to a fixed-price or outcome-based model
• Identify and address risks affecting timelines, budget, or client satisfaction
• Apply AI tools in your delivery work and encourage their effective use across the team
• Partner with the delivery manager and product owner to keep work aligned with business needs
• Foster transparency, trust, and open communication with the team and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Squad Leader in a software development environment
• Experience managing budgets, scope, billing, and contracts in a client-facing delivery engagement
• Strong client relationship skills, including the ability to build credibility with new stakeholders
• Understanding of delivery metrics and KPIs, and confidence using them in commercial discussions
• Familiarity with fixed-price or outcome-based delivery models and measurable commitments
• Practical experience applying AI tools to software delivery or product development
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum, with a record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work autonomously with limited oversight
• Intermediate English; full fluency is not required, and English skills are an advantage in this global engagement
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Drupal or similar content management system projects
• PSM or CSM certification
• Experience in staff augmentation or multi-client delivery environments
