About the Role
We are seeking a Senior or Specialist-level professional with strong experience in Software Engineering, Generative AI, and AI Agent development. You will design, build, and enhance solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), integrate them into enterprise systems, and contribute to global digital transformation initiatives.
This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates across Latin America (LATAM), including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Ecuador, and other countries in the region.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize solutions powered by LLMs and AI Agents.
- Integrate intelligent agents with enterprise systems and business applications.
- Develop and deploy solutions in production environments.
- Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and global clients to transform business needs into scalable solutions.
- Support the adoption of AI technologies through best practices in architecture, reliability, security, and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced experience with Python and Golang.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience developing and deploying production-grade solutions.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and microservices.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments.
- Advanced or Fluent English, with the ability to participate in meetings, presentations, and interactions with global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Participation in AI-driven business transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in global or multicultural environments.
