Sobre a vaga
Join Stefanini Group as a Senior SAP FICO Consultant and contribute to strategic technology projects focused on supporting, enhancing, and implementing SAP solutions for finance and controlling. You’ll work with business teams, technical experts, and international stakeholders to understand business needs and design functional solutions. Responsibilities
- Support and enhance the SAP FI and CO modules.
- Gather and analyze requirements, understand business needs, and design functional solutions.
- Contribute to SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, improvements, and migrations.
- Configure and customize FI and CO functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents and issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution development and implementation.
- Conduct unit and integration testing, and support business teams during testing and acceptance.
- Support integrations between SAP FICO and other modules and enterprise systems.
- Document processes, configurations, and implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with business teams, IT, vendors, and international stakeholders, including participating in meetings and discussions in English.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, working with SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling).
- Experience configuring and customizing SAP FI and CO.
- Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
- Knowledge of key financial and accounting processes integrated with SAP.
- Experience analyzing and resolving complex incidents and issues.
- Knowledge of SAP FICO integrations with other modules, such as MM, SD, and/or PP.
- Ability to gather requirements and work with business teams.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to participate in meetings, presentations, and technical discussions with international teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP projects in global or multinational environments.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation or migration projects.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- SAP FICO or S/4HANA certification.
- Experience with accounting close, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, cost centers, profit centers, and controlling processes.
