Are you looking to start your career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic workplace? We are seeking a proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources team at our La Rosa plant in Mataderos, CABA. In this role, you will absorb foundational HR knowledge through internal training while applying your analytical and critical thinking to help optimize our internal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate and assist in payroll administrative updates.
• Support and help manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Provide general assistance to employees regarding daily HR procedures and inquiries.
• Offer operational support to the broader HR team across various departmental tasks.

Mandatory requirements

• Currently enrolled as a university student in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• Availability to work on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, at Av. Argentina 6784 (Mataderos, CABA).
• Advanced level of English.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools.

Differentials

• Previous exposure or familiarity with Workday software.
